Intel X540-T1 NIC in Precision T5820 not working

Hi, I added a intel X540-T1 NIC in the slot 1 (PCIe x16 wired as x8) of my T5820 and connected to GbE switch. Windows 11 see it but not working. In the device manager also shown another unknown NIC.  see attached picture. any idea?  Thanks

The i219-LM is the integrated network adapter , the one marked as missing the driver is the one you installed.
You need to download the driver package from intel , unzip it, and manually install the driver in the device manager, pointing it to the extracted driver you downloaded

What driver did you pick exactly? I am trying to get this to work on Win11 in 2024.
