You'd be better off with a newer system in a larger case, and with a larger capacity power supply.

I second ejn63. Your gpu is limited to 23W of power usage, and they recommended a 200W psu for it. It's possible you can fit a RTX A2000 inside ( 70W ) but it would likely max out the psu and no clue if it would be stable under load.
Depending on your location, it may be easily cheaper to get a new system

You don't necessarily need a new system, but rather a newer on with more space and a larger capacity power supply.
Look to used OptiPlex tower systems, preferably with an 8th gen or newer CPU. You can easily find them for low cost and add the GPU of your choice.

You may be able to fit a GPU that will work with Minecraft for that, but not DaVinci Resolve -- if you need to run that application, you can't do it within the confines of the system you have and that budget for a GPU.

@ejn63 what about nvidia K2000 or any other?
i dont want super davinci performance just do-able basic editing.
and with the amd firepro W 2100 Minecraft fps isnt even the problem i get avg 175 fps in it.

That GPU needs more power than your system can deliver. That's going to be true of just about any reasonably capable GPU, which is why a larger format system with a more capable power supply should be your starting point.

RTX 3050, the A2000 mentioned above or an AMD RX6400.

A 3050 , personally, feels too much. It requires a power cable and 130W total for itself.
the A2000 uses 70w under full load (suggested psu 250W )
the AMD RX6400 uses 53W under full load ( suggested psu 250W )
Your 8gb of system ram are a bit on the low side, too.
I still think that if you let us know your location ( country ) and budget, we could maybe help to find alternatives
