How to Get Dell's Image Ready Service for Precision 3460?

We are Navicom, a Tunisian tech retail store. One of our clients wants to purchase a Dell Precision 3460 and has specifically requested the following options: ProSupport Plus, Autopilot, and Image Ready.

I’ve found it straightforward to include ProSupport Plus and Autopilot in the purchase, but I’m unsure how to obtain the Image Ready service. Could anyone clarify the process for this?
