Thanks for sharing the pics.

Length is just fine, I will be able to fit a 320mm card.
It is the thickness of about 52mm~55mm which bothers me.

There two pads and a plastic latch which may interfere with the thickness of the card, refre the below pic.

Now days the GPU's are slightly thicker than two slots.

the blue clip seems to be for the PCIex4 slot card secure retention.  it is standard PCIe slot slip and low profile (same height as the slot itself) so would not interfere with gpu card in silver PCIex16 slot.

the two black pads are strange.  I would use a piece of paper to measure their height.  if they are not taller than the blue clip then you should be fine.  ty for sharing the pic.  from this photo it seems the pad is at same height as the blue clip

Measured the height of the 1) latch 2) pads, and 3) PCIex16 from the motherboard.
1) blue color latch ht-1.5cm

2) pads-1.5cm

3) PCIex16 slot ht-1cm

Latch and the pads are taller by 0.5cm when compared against the PCIex16 slot.

Once the card is inserted into the PCIex16 slot, I need to check at what height does the thickness of the card starts from.

it is ok.  the card has some clearance above the slot height.  the blue latch is industry standard height to work w full length card.
