Fans accelerate for a few minutes and then PC shuts down.
Precision Tower 7910,
When I turn on the PC the fans accelerate to a very high speed for a few minutes, then the PC shuts off. Any idea what I should check?

First, try replacing the size 2032 MB battery. Bad batteries affect BIOS and cause boot problems.
If that doesn't work, then try a BIOS reset via the blue jumper on the MB method. Note that any settings in BIOS manually done will go back to default.
