Expansion slots on dell precision 3420

Hi, I recently inherited a dell 3420 precision desktop tower, and I'm looking to install a firewire capture card for video editing, does anyone know which type of expansion slot is used, as I seem to have bought the wrong size pcie compatible capture card; is it pci or pcie and what dimensions on the slot?
