Dual CPU upgrade for Precision T7920 from 6230 to 8260

Any thoughts on this upgrade from Gold 6230 to Platinum 8260 and the only difference is 

TDP from 125W to 165W

Max Turbo Frequency from 3.90 GHz to 3.90 GHz   
Processor Base Frequency from 2.10 GHz to 2.40 GHz   
Cache from 27.5 MB to 35.75 MB

Anyone running Dual 8260 CPU's in the T7920?

The current CPU fan noise is silent until I start encoding video, I don't want the fan noisy all the time with the 8260 CPU's installed like my T7910 did.
