@Borow
Hi
The strange thing is it may be related to incompatible memory, but why I know not.
Alternate possibility is a failed/failing CMOS battery.
Obviously a hard reset is recommended.
Also what/which BIOS was applied?

Hi
Well I forgot to ask which OS, and did you turn off your BitLocker encryption?
To recover the BIOS on a Dell Precision 5820 Tower:
Prepare a Recovery USB Drive
Download the latest BIOS update file for the Precision 5820 from the Dell Support website.
Format a USB drive to FAT32.
Copy the BIOS update file (e.g.,
Precision_5820_2.42.0.exe
) to the root of the USB drive.Optionally, rename the BIOS file to
BIOS_IMG.rcv
for the recovery process, NB: you could of course use the copy command and copy Precision_5820_2.42.0.exe as BIOS_IMG.rcv, so that both reside on the USB stick.Initiate BIOS Recovery
Ensure the computer is powered off.
Insert the prepared USB drive into a USB port on the system.
Press and hold the CTRL + ESC keys on the keyboard.
While holding these keys, connect power and turn on the system.
Continue holding CTRL + ESC until the keyboard backlight lights up or the BIOS Recovery screen appears
On the recovery screen, follow the on-screen instructions to recover or flash the BIOS.
If Recovery Screen Does Not Appear
Ensure the USB drive is formatted correctly and contains the correct BIOS file.
Try a different USB port, preferably a rear port directly on the motherboard.
If you can access the F2 (BIOS setup) or F12 (boot menu), you can also update the BIOS directly from the USB drive via the F12 "Flash BIOS" option
Additional Notes
If you see options to reset NVRAM during the recovery process, you can select this to clear BIOS settings if needed
BIOS recovery is not supported if the hard drive is encrypted or password-protected in the BIOS.
