Dell t7810 thunderbolt card compability with type-c

I have t7810 . I own a recording studio and I purchased new audio card with thunderbolt 3 with type-c input. Unfortunately the desktop doesnt have preinstalled input but it has tb header and so I tried to install a gigabyte gc mpale ridge card with no luck.

I talked with Greek dell support service but they didnt give me any part number for dell card neither they know other brands cards.

Anyway, I found DPWC500 card but will it work with t7810 and give me type-c connection for the external audio card?

anyone tried it? is other vendor's card that would play?
