DELL T5820 - GEFORCE RTX 3060 16Gb / GEFORCE 5060 Ti 16Gb
Hi
I wish to install either of these and I know some have used the GEFORCE 3060 12Gb as per YT's and wider net search and used reseller offerings. I'm not aware of anyone attempting the 5060 Ti 16Gb, (likely CPU bound by gaming), however was considering the latter for future proofing when moving to another system. I'm cautious though as a recent try of an MSI Aero RTX 3060 12Gb (ITX) from eBay did not work (unknown if this was GPU issue (currently returning)). I did see a YT of someone using same brand 3060 12Gb but slightly longer GPU.
Any thoughts?

Probably gpu is a problem.

Just in case anyone comes to this post, I went ahead and bought an MSI Inspire RTX 5060 Ti 16Gb off Amazon in the UK. I can confirm it worked with zero issues. I have not had to update the VBIOS and was on latest T5820 firmware as of 20250717. Yeehaaaa!
