Dell T3610 memory slots

I have a Dell T3610 and 4 sticks of 16GB memory.  Which slots do I use?  There are 8 slots that are available.  I have no idea which slots to use.  Do I only use the white ones?  There are 4 black and 4 white slots.  Help!
