Dell Repair Shop Orlando Area
Hi,
My precision T5600 had a power failure, and I replaced the power supply with no luck, so I am looking for a repair center close to Orlando, Florida.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

There are no walk-in repair shops operated by Dell -- and this system is about 13 years old, so even remote support options will be effectively non-existent. The system has been end of life for years at this point.
If you want to have the system repaired, any reputable local repair shop should be able to assist. You can also purchase complete, used T5600 systems for $100-200 -- so any repair cost should be evaluated in light of that.

Would like to add that for 150 usd upward is possible to obtain a T5820, too
