Dell Precision Workstation Tower 7960 BIOS Version 2.2.9
My system will not go to BIOS upon Restart and Pressing F2 using either a USB or PS2 keyboard.
The system goes nowhere and when I press the Power Button the system shuts down.
I have also tried the Windows 11 Advanced Startup to go to BIOS and the system responds in the same way.
I have reloaded the Version 2.2.9 BIOS with no improvement.
Is there another way to get to the BIOS?
Please let me know.

Upon system boot, keep tapping on F12 (two taps per second) to access one time boot menu. You will see system settings as an option, select it and you should be able to access BIOS settings.
Usually, when you keep on tapping on F2 at Dell logo, it should trigger BIOS menu. These systems take quite a while to go through POST, you would have continuously spamming on the F2, not just one tap.
