Dell Precision Workstation T5500 doesn't stay off!
I have a weird problem. My. Dell T5500 Precision Workstation doesn't want to stay off. Just restarts after suiting down. I have to physically turn the switch off. Any advice?

just to rule out one point of possible quirkiness... if it's long since you replaced the cmos battery, maybe try first with that
