DELL Precision Tower 3420 Bios Recovery HELP ! ! !
I updated the BIOS (Precision_Tower_3420_2.33.0) of Precision Tower 3420 it bricked the computer. After this update the computer's power switch LED blinks 3 amber + 6 white with no display when powered on. I talked to Dell Tech support and tried Ctrl+Esc key-sequence to get to the bios recovery but nothing worked. They suggested replacement of the motherboard (but also mentioned that Dell does not manufacture my computer's motherboard).
I need the bios recovery file :/ because I want to reinstall with a usb flash drive

That said, boards for this model start in the $35 range.

I downloaded "Precision_Tower_3420_2.12.0.exe" from this link. How do I install it on my computer? I put it on a fat32 formatted USB stick, but how do I run it?
Thank you very much for your interest and attention.
