Dell Precision T3600 Workstation PCI-e bifurcation support?

I want to know if the T3600 has bifurcation on the latest BIOS version (A16)?
Only one out of four NVMEs is detected. I couldn't find the setting in the BIOS.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything on the internet that had a solution (I saw the Reddit post).

I would be very grateful if anyone knows more about this.
