Dell Precision T1700 - Can't find 4G decoding option in Bios

Hey everyone!

I have a really moderate PC that I use for office work and some light gaming. The only problem I am facing is that I want to enable Resizable Bar on my AMD GPU, for that to work I have to enable an option named "4G Decoding" which is located in the bios. I can't find that option in my Bios, I have no idea why I don't have it. Any help would be appreciated!

Here are my PC specs:

CPU: Intel Xeon E3 1225 V3 (3.2 Gigahertz)
RAM: 12 GB (1600 Megahertz)
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 550x Sapphire Pulse (Overclocked to 2000 Megahertz)

I am using Amernime Modded Drivers for my AMD GPU with a really heavy Overclock and my temps stay at 71 celsius (Max). I have a registry script that I downloaded which unlocks Resizable Bar support for my GPU. I read on a post that Haswell architecture CPU's (like my CPU) support up-to 8GB SAM memory (If you force enable Resizable bar).

You may find that option on some systems using standard mainboards -- particularly high end gaming mainboards -- but you're not going to have it on a pre-built desktop designed for workstation/server use.  What you're looking for doesn't exist on your system.

@ejn63 I saw a guide on the internet to enable that option, it said that it is available on motherboards like mine but its not visible on the bios. It shows a really complicated guide on how to enable it if you don't have the option to enable it in the bios. Here is the guide's link:
