Dell Precision T1600 GPU Capability
I am hoping to upgrade the workstation, with that being said, i need help determining the capability for the GPU.
My current build;
CPU:Intel Xeon E31225 3.10GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB (2x 2GB)
GPU: Nvidia Quadro 600
PSU: UNKNOWN
My Goal is to use...
CPU: Intel Core i7-2600 (Sandy Bridge) Quad Core LGA115 95W (here)
RAM: Crucial (4x 8GB) DDR3L-1600 UDIMM (here)
GPU: UNKNOWN
PSU: EVGA 700w BR (here)
I need to know what should i upgrade the GPU into...

If you can find one @ retail price, I would recommend installing a RTX 3060.
on a side note, get a better CPU heatsink/fan, and a USB 3.0 card.
The Xeon E3 1270 is the same CPU as your planned i7, but without integrated video and a little lower power consumption.

I would put something like this in there. "Thermaltake Contac Silent 12 150W INTEL/AMD with AM4 Support 120mm PWM CPU Cooler CL-P039-AL12BL-A". This will keep your CPU running cool and quiet even under extended 100% usage.
