Dell Precision 7820 Tower Fan/Power Trouble

Hello everyone,

I post looking for support with some advice or recommendation.

I have a situation with a Dell Precision 7820 Tower, once the computer is turned off, the fans activate up to maximum power.

I have unplugged them and cleaned them. RAM alike.

Diagnostics of the system and components have been carried out without showing any errors. The drivers are updated (BIOS and Intel Management Engine too).

These are some components in the equipment:
- 2 Intel Xeon Gold 6152
- 192GB RAM
- NVIDIA Quadro
- 950W PSU

If anyone has been in a similar situation, I would like to know if you were able to solve it.
