Dell Precision 3630 Tower motherboard component.

I have a problem with  Dell Precision 3630 Tower motherboard model  IPCFL-TB  (0NNNCT).
A user manage to damage the motherboard after a unsuccessful graphic card install. 
There is a component missing behind the graphic card PCI-E slot. 
Is there any change someone can photograph similar board or give me a reference to what that component is ?
