Dell 7920 Rack, Windows 11 Pro, Only one RAID 5 drive showing

With the imbedded RAID controller, running UFEI, in the BIOS, I built two RAID 5 drives.  The OS is running on an NVMe SSD drive, so with the remaining 8 drives, I created two RAID 5 drives.  They both appear in the BIOS, but when Windows 11 Pro is up and running, I only see one drive?  A little help on this would be appreciated.  I'm new to the Dell environment.
