Dell 7820 CPU0 fan not responding
I recently upgraded my Dell Precision 7820 (dual processor) from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Since the upgrade, I have been encountering the following message on the boot screen before the Dell logo appears:
Dell SupportAssist has detected a failing component on your system that requires immediate attention. Go to https://supportassist.dell.com and enter the issue description below.
To troubleshoot, I have:
Updated the BIOS to the latest version.
Replaced the CMOS battery.
Swapped the CPU0 and CPU1 fans.
Ran SupportAssist hardware diagnostics, which reported no errors.
Checked for dust buildup on the CPU, but there is none.
Despite these steps, the error persists. Could you please assist me in identifying the failing component or suggest further troubleshooting steps?
