Dell 5820T - Pioneer BDR-213M/BDR-2213 - Windows 39 Error Code "Can Not Load the device driver, Object Name Not Found"
Hi,
I just purchased a Pioneer BDR-213M/BDR-2213 BluRay/DVD/CD Burner from Amazon. Installed it in a Dell 5820T tower computer. It is seen in Bios but when I try to run it by inserting any media into it the device is not found. In the device manager, it has an error code. I have ran SFC with no errors found. I ran Windows update and it doesn't find any updated drivers. Tested it with a new SATA cable with the same results.
Any advice is appreciated.

Please disregard this post, I have found a free tool that fixed the issue. It is called DVD Drive Repair from Rizonesoft. What worked for me is by running the tool using the single large button "Repair DVD Drives" and then running the dropdown in the menu "Troubleshoot Problems Using Hardware". Reboot, problem solved!
