Dell 5820 issues help
I have a dell 5820 server with w 2125 xeon and 32 gigs of ram when i turn on the power it will come on screen will go black after 10 or so secs it will turn off and reboot to a amber light blinking and a beep code monitor goes back to sleep after a few secs beeps repeat for ever till you turn it off the power supply light is green it goes out when it reboots and back to green when it reboots ive tried reseating the cpu and ram and ive tried 2 differnt video cards a generic card and a xfx rx 580 8gb card still no video i even tried 1 stick of ram at a time in different sockets and took out all drives https://youtu.be/jLI4D5BOqAY?si=s6-JlSunS-VByJW4

The blink code is a bit difficult to see in the video but if I am correct it looks like a 1,4 blink code which indicates a bad CMOS battery. The second series looks to be 1,3 which indicates either a bad MB, or CPU, or RAM. The codes are listed here on the Dell support page. Try replacing the CMOS battery first and if that does not help try reseating the RAM. If neither of those help you could be looking at more serious problems such as a MB or CPU. All of this based on what I can tell from the blink codes.
