Dell 5820 - 2 Amber 2 white Flashing power button

Hello,

I have the Precision 5820 that all of the sudden has developed an issue with BIOS ROM failure manifesting with 2-amber & 2-white lights flash on every power up. It appears that the system is in the recovery mode. 

I have tried the BIOS Flash by powering it on and holding down the ESC and Ctrl but nothing happens. The keyboard doesn't seem to work at all.

Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution?  Has anyone managed to come out of the recovery mode?
