Dell 3450 SFF network adaptor problem

I just purchased a Dell 3450 SFF from Dell Refurbished. After setting up Windows 10, I am unable to connect to the internet. It is connected with an ethernet cable to my router, and the connector at the PC is lit up.

Network settings show no available network. Troubleshoot resulted with "Install a driver to your network adaptor", and "Windows could not find a driver for your adaptor". Here's a screen shot of Device Manager:
