Dell 3420 Processor Upgrade from i7-6700 for Windows 11 upgrade

Have a 3420 SFF and would like to upgrade to windows 11.  Upgrade advisor says not possible due to TPM warning and processor incompatibility.  Is there an i7 Processor that Dell recommends?  I would like to keep the same fan/heat sink.

Thank you.

@Dell7920

TPM and CPU version are not required to get WIN11 working However installing 11 in unsupported mode may not work in the future.  You need to make a custom USB 2.0 FAT32 installer and make sure you are offline when you install. Windows 11 home will require you to be online to start the install but you should turn your router off after it starts installing from your USB flash drive.

SanDisk-32GB-Flash-Drive B07MPCJDXS

download the Windows11 ISO.

download windows11

Once WIN11 ISO is downloaded get rufus to make your EXTENDED INSTALLER that removes TPM and CPU version restrictions.

You can then upgrade 10 version 21H2 to 11.
