crowdstrike and a 7920

I have a 7920 with two Pcie drives and no sata.  Using bitlocker on drives trying to get rid of crowdstrike issue.  can not get the command prompt to recognize the C: drive.  I am only getting "device is not ready" when trying to change from x: to C:.  It is like it's not mounting the drives in command prompt.  Not seeing the drives so no bitlocker prompt.  ANyone run into this or know why?
