Can I upgrade my dell precision 3620 cpu?

I am currently using a Dell Precision 3620 and I want to upgrade the CPU due to a bottleneck to my GPU but I am just not sure what CPU I could upgrade to. The Intel Xeon E3 1240 V4 is the CPU I am currently using.
