7920 Tower - Can you mix different size DIMMS?
I know what the manual says.
But has anyone actually tried to mount say 4 x 32GB DIMMS and then 4 x 16GB DIMMS as well and seen whether the system recognises all the memory?

If the memory is compatible, then you should be fine. Mixing memory sizes isn't as much of problem as mixing different speeds of memory. If it's all DDR4 3200, then you're in a better spot for sure.
The other issue would be memory voltages. The motherboard usually has a memory voltage requirement (or a small range). It would be wise to make sure that all the memory is the same voltage.

Yea, it's all 2666 so should work hopefully, but I have another problem now that I've posted a new thread for.
