5820 Cascade Lake RAM help
I know that the Cascade Lake 5820 can take up to 512 GB of RAM. I have read in other dell product segment forums that some machines will only run 4Rx4 memory in certain configurations such as if not all slots are used or only if total memory capacity is kept to a maximum that is lower than the overall maximum. Does anyone know the machine will run 4Rx4 in the maximum config of 512 GB of 2933 memory?

Discussion here is relevant
https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/precision-fixed-workstations/validatedcompatible-memory-list-for-precision-5820-xeonecc/647f9e93f4ccf8a8de330664
Memory max is CPU-dependent -- 128G for Core and 256 for Xeon according to Crucial, which tests the compatibility of RAM and guarantees it will work.

Thank you, but that is not quite correct and doesn't answer my question.
Here is the link to the memory matrix for this unit that clearly states with a Cascade Lake CPU i can utilize up to 512 GB of 2933.

My question was more specific than that however. I would like to know if it can support that configuration in 4Rx4 sticks or only 2Rx4.
