TL4000 iSCSI Card Reset
I've got a TL4000 with an iSCSI card. The card came from an unknown organization and does not respond to the default IP addresses. Therefore, the webui is inaccessible.
I've tried wireshark directly connected and on a mirrored switch port, but neither seem to give out the IP address.
The posts I've read so far show a dell representative reaching out with some procedure that is currently unknown.
Can anyone help me factory reset this card so I can press it into service?

Hi,
I do not see a way to reset the card without some level of access.

You dont need a IP address... you need to lurk for the MAC by using Wireshark/tcpdump. Please check if there is a sticker on the board because this should be easier.
This MAC you have to place into your local arp cache with a IP of your choice and thats all what you need to communicate with a unknown device.
