TL4000 - Drive Warn or Crit Tape Alert Flag

Question

Hi, had issues with this drive for a while now on and off, a factory reset did seem to help for a week or 2 but now having the same issues again where the drive doesn't seem to be able to write to tapes. I am getting the below warning message in the logs ..

20.01.14 12:18:21.59 TRC/CST <84 01 02 02 > Drive Warn or Crit Tape Alert flag

Any ideas on how I should proceed with this ?

If you can grab a drive dump log as well as the dump all log, we can review them to see why you are getting that error.
