TL2000 hangs and blocks tapes in drives

Hi,

We have TL2000 which works fine for a time and it hangs suddenly and blocks tapes into drives. this is happen when many jobs works at the same time(not 100% sure) so always we reboot the TL2000 to resolve the issue momently.

the actual library version is D.10

the actual LTO6 FC drives version is F9A1.

Does the upgrade can resolve the issue ?
