time between two upgrade
hello all, i wonder about can i upgrade to 7.7. then 8.3 after that directly , or i have to wait 24 hours ,and which alert i can not clear before upgrade may effect the upgrade process?

Hi,
I might need some more details like what model storage are you referring? The versions that you are referring is for the controller? Usually for updating firmware, you can do it directly without waiting but i need to verify this from the release notes of the model. Also, you mention alert, what alerts are they? Are you referring to system logs?

Hi,
You mentioned that you wanted to upgrade to 7.7, but from which firmware are you upgrading? You can upgrade to 8.3 from 7.7 directly. But I do not know what alert are you referring to.
