the nas web manage interface of pv nx3500 can't start after power outage,

Could you provide us with more detail about the SSH errors? At the moment, the forum is having an issue with upload images in the reply, so if you can, paste the output here. That will give us more information to research.

there is no ssh error to logon, the issue is no loading of the nas web manage interface, and the NAS management VIP is not showing, the NAS was working fine before the power outage issue,

but the nas ip is up, so I can use the nas Command Line Interface to logon the nas, some errors are showing "Internal error (System validation execution failed)"

I restarted the device and it's started, so I can use the nas Command Line Interface to logon it, we didn't updated the firmware, there is a file - DellFS-1.0.425-SP.sh when I create and export the diag file, and what's the number I can call in to support,
