Storage replication from PS4210 to ME4084

I need to migrate 20TB of data in 1 volume on the PS4210 array to the ME4084.

On the PS4210, I am able to create the peer partner.

But I  am not able to create the peer partner on the ME4084.

The error is "The operation cannot be completed because communication cannot be established with the peer - Remote port not detected via Local Port(s).

Can cross platform replication supported with these 2 storage arrays?

Is the a guide that I can follow to make it to work?
