SNMP OIDs for ME5012

Hello,

I am looking for the OIDs to monitor a ME5012 with snmp.

I can't seem to use the MIB file and I can't find anything in the documentation.

If someone can provide me with the list of OIDs for cpu, ram, disk status, system health, alerts, iops, etc.
I would be grateful!
