sc4020 Location is not available problem
Hello.
I have a problem with sc4020 SAN Storage.
I had been backup a folder but when i wanted to access or using the folder i can not access the folder.
windows 2012 explorer show error is "Location is not available" when double click the backup folder name.
The storage is mapped windows drive name is x: y: z:
Do anyone can help us because DELL technical support team said it's not hardware problem it's windows operating system or application problem ?.

Hello ijishappy,
What is the backup software that you are using as you didn’t state that in your post? Based on the information that is provided it appears that the folder was deleted or moved to a new location. In either case you will need to check your backup software to see where the last completed backup was saved. You will also want to check windows logs to see when that folder was moved or if it was deleted.

Thanks for your answer,
It happened "Location is not available" error whether using backup software or just copy and paste by windows explorer. Not just occur and Not all folder. Now there is only one folder can not access.
Also, I don't think there is moving folder by other software or script.
We just manage it by hands when we want to do something for backup data.
