Powevault ME4084 top drawer won't close due to popped up drive in the bottom drawer
Hello all,
As the title states, I am unable to close the top drawer due to a drive from the bottom drawer popping up. The bottom drawer locks if the top is open and vice versa. Is there any way to open both drawers or is there another way to access the drives in the bottom drawer so I can push in the popped up drive?

Hello,
Can you see anything blocking the drive from seating properly?
Have you confirmed each drive is installed in its carrier correctly?
Can you get a picture of what is popping up?
I would first recommend try reloading the drawers.

Note: To prevent a rack from tipping over, drawer interlocks prevent you from opening more than one drawer at a time. Do not attempt to force open a drawer when one drawer in the enclosure is already open.
