PowerVault TL2000 tape library

We are using the PowerVault TL2000 tape library and getting CRC check error on most of our LTO 4 tapes.
Need to know whether we can use LT0 5 tape drive in PowerVault TL2000.
Please respond. My product is out of warranty.

Hello @vinoth07,
Yes you can use LTO5 up to 140 MBs.
I suggest you to update the firmware of the Tape drive as it also contains the drive firmware updates: https://dell.to/2RTc9J2
