powervault tl2000 stuck tape & HE: drive logged out since reboot
I have a Powervault Tl2000 with 2 x ibm lto 4 ultrium 4-h 46x6071 drives in it. Drive 2 reported an error 0x84 - tape alert and then the tape would not eject, either through the front panel or through Backup exec (15).
Upon rebooting the powervault (admittedly old now and past its warranty) the 1st working drive is now reporting a HE: drive logged out error after about 10 minutes of it being busy.
I have tried taking the stuck tape sled out and inspecting it but it does not appear to have a hole in the bottom that I can put a screwdriver or hex into, apart from the 2 drive wheels. I have tried turning that til its end but it does not seem to eject, and I didn't want to apply too much force in case it breaks further. But apart from those 2 holes there does not seem to be ones to turn to eject the tape.
If someone could either tell me how to manually eject the tape or getting the previously working drive to log in (have looked through the front panel options but nothing seems to give the option to log into the drive) then I would greatly appreciate it.

Just a quick update. So opened up Drive 2 (the one with the stuck tape) and it ejected it manually by turning the wheel on the side. But it is still giving me errors.
I tried to run the Verify on drive 1 but got HE: Drive communication error and drive is showing Exception F1 01 - Ready.
Still running a verify on Drive 2 but it didn't sound like it did actually load the tape when it ran through it's processes.
