POWERVAULT TL2000 sending clean order after every usage of drives

Backup software is asking for clean order after every usage of drives. We are getting “media write error” messages, drives are marked as offline.

I have the logs.

Hello Roger_007,

I am going to send you a private message and if I can get you to send me the drive dump logs so that I can review them that would be great.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello Roger_007,

Are you getting any error or alerts on your TL2000? What is the brand of media that you are using in your TL2000? What is the current version of firmware on your TL2000?

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello Roger_007,

What is your backup software that you are using?  Just looking at your drive info it looks like drive1 is behind in firmware than drive 2, so if possible, I would upgrade drive 1 firmware.  How old is your media?

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks Sam. We are using NetBackup. Tapes have just been replaced and still the same.
