New controller in MD3420

Hi everyone,

I've installed a new controller which was working in another Dell MD3420 in our existing unit. I have serial access to the controller but I keep seeing this error: Client_Corrupt_DB_Detected_On_Alt.

I've tried doing a sysWipe on the controller, but its not helping. 

Any help would be appreciated.
