Moving disks from MD1000 to another MD1000
Hi,
If I physically move all disks from an MD1000 Enclosure to another identical MD1000 Enclosure (obviously keeping the same sequence), will my PERC 6/E controller recognize the virtual disks and dedicated hot spares automatically?

Hi,
Are you using the same PERC6/E, if not make sure the firmware versions on the controllers are the same, but in general it should work fine and see everything as it is configured currently.
