ME4024 - Which ports to open in firewall for support

Which ports should be opened on the firewall and what are the required access rules so that the ME4024 can automatically send the logs to Dell and create an automatic service request in case of failure ?

Hello,

It looks like you'll need to open ports 443 and ports 1022. I know this feature also requires a ProSupport Plus warranty level, so if you want, you can contact them for help configuring this, and more importantly, validating that the feature works.
