Alvio,
As seen on page 11 here, If the storage system is running G280 firmware you need to:
a. Click Get Started.
b. Read the Commercial Terms of Sale and End User License Agreement (EULA), and click Accept.
c. Specify a new username and password for the system, and click Apply and Continue. (The username and password requirements are described in User options on page 42)
The manage/!manage credentials are for a different firmware version.
Let me know if this helps.

When I log in using ip 10.0.0.2, I don’t get a user agreement, but only entering a login and password, I found out the firmware after connecting with the terminal, the firmware version is in the subject.
How can I reset my password?
Please help, or how can I enter the configuration ..

Good afternoon. You may not have understood. We connected the shelf to the network and want to enter the controller configuration at 10.0.0.2 or 10.0.0.3, when entering the login and password(manage/!manage as written in the manual), the controller writes that the pair is not correct. No one has configured the shelf before us, it is new. What to do next? Thanks

Alvio,
What you would need to do is to call in to support for them to assist in resetting it.

Good afternoon. In general, Dell support does not help at all and does not give a solution, I understand that this is their bread, and "if you suffer for a long time, something will work out." And as they say: "The salvation of the drowning is the work of the drowning themselves"
I decided everything myself. Thanks to all.
The topic can be closed.
Who has the same problems, write in a personal.
Thanks again.

Of course, it is clear what is being done through the CLI, but after all, no one who wrote here has ever said how to do it. The forum is needed for this, so that people help, and not send them to contact Dell support or say that this is done through CLI and go into the shadows. But the most interesting thing is that this is not in the manual ... Although those who already know how and should work through CLI are aware of what they enter there.

Good afternoon. All this is good, of course, but the title of my topic indicates firmware 280, they cut the rights in it, and "restoredefault" now does not roll and does not work with the serial number, it all worked up to the 280 firmware version.

i havent seen a ME CLI but if it like the HPE MSA then it was username "restoredefaults" and password would be the serial number of the controller

On the initial shipping versions for the PowerVault ME4 (G275 firmware) the default username and password were manage & !manage. Since the release of G280 firmware the procedure has changed and an out of box ME4 series enclosure that has never been turned on and configured will have no default username or password configured.
When you launch the initial configuration, you will be asked to pick any username and password. For instructions see the using Using guided setup section from the ME4 deployment guide.
If someone has already configured the system with a username and password. Attach the serial cable that came with the system and contact your local Dell technical support for assistance to reset the password.
