hello 

i have powervault with 20 disks sas a, can i use 16+2

Yes you can

  • 8+2 and 16+2 are valid options
  • you have more than 12 drives which is the mini. requirement for Adapt RAID
  • You have more than 18 drives to use the 16+2 option
