MD3860i error before change battery cmos (erro depois de trocar bateria cmos)

I changed the battery on the two controllers that had been idle for some time and shortly after that I started getting the message below on both controllers.

RTC Warning: Battery for real-time clock and NVSRAM must be replaced

everything works perfect but when booting I need to enter the serial and send it to continue because of the error

above. Does anyone know how to remove this error?

Eu troquei a bateria das duas controladoras que estavam paradas a algum tempo e logo depois disso comecei a receber a mensagem abaixo nas duas controladoras.

RTC Warning: Battery for real-time clock and NVSRAM must be replaced

tudo funciona perfeito mas ao dar boot preciso entrar no serial é mandar continuar por causa do erro acima.

Alguém sabe como remover esse erro?

Hello thanks for choosing Dell.

What battery did you replace? Do you have a pic or a part# for that?

Is your controller version up to date?

I changed only the CMOS CR2032 Battery. Firmware is up to date.

Hello brunovrod,

Have you  run the lemClearLockdown and clearHardwareLockdown commands?

Use the serial cable connected to the affected controller and that should clear the error.

Take a look at this thread is similar. Please don't post in the old thread though.

You can see you may have to call in to support to work on this issue.

After performing the command, my Storage does not turn on or the Serial works.

What could have attracted???  I'm pretty worried now

Hello at this point as Charles said previously, I recommend you try calling the techsupport as you may need a remote session with them.

My warranty ended 2 weeks ago, I already asked for a renewal 5 days ago but Dell still hasn't returned it. Are there any support channels?

Unfortunately, we don't have any ability to assist with a warranty extension. You may try calling in and ask to speak to the warranty team directly and see if they can do anything to expedite the order.

Dell just informed that the product is EOL and it will not be possible to renew the warranty! Can anyone help me?
