MD3260 says all drives are unsupported
I purchased a bunch of drives labelled as Part 07FPR, Model HUH721010AL7200. These are on the supported drive list. The drives do have that model number printed on them, but don't have the Dell part number. The array marks them all as unsupported. How do I proceed? I am guessing there is some firmware difference in the Dell vs. non-Dell drives, but the model number is correct. Is there a way I can load the correct firmware on the drives? Something else I am missing?
